You can get these from your nearby dental store if in college or nearby or if you want to order it online you can check dentalkart dentalavenue and some other websites

Keep it in a warm water and then remove the it slowly .

See you don't need extra wax everytime, you can carve out without using extra wax but make sure there is enough wax already when you make the occlusion rims

You can simply trim it but it's time consuming process.

See if you made it with dough method it will be hard to trim tbh, either make another one or use carbide bur to trim it

So the thing is you should have read about the stages of heat cure if not putting it in the water for curing it will change the stage and problem will start. So better to put the denture base in the water for curing as soon as possible

You can do that but keep in mind to not let it off the cast for a longer period of time and that too without water

See it depends on the case you can't have ideal case But in preclinical both are important but read about it first from any prosthodontics book be it S. Laxmi, Deepak Nallaswamy or Rangarajan

Okay, that's a very normal thing that happens So there can be multiple reasons for this but one thing is shrinkage as happens with cold cure. When you make a base plate and removes it from the cast immediately after fabricating it, it tends to shrink Better if you remove it from cast then place it again on the cast for sometime or else place it in normal water and it won't shrink So next time do this thing and get back to me and comment if it gets adapted or not

Sorry but there is no way now to open the flask without damaging the denture. It will be pure luck

@@dentocare14 what if it's in the step of flasking, not curing? I haven't use the acrylic, it's still at the step of putting the topping and there's only wax inside. The next step should be dewax
